Ingredients

320g (11,3 oz) Barilla® Spaghetti No. 5
60 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
½ Garlic clove, minced
60 g Lactose-free aged Parmigiano cheese, freshly grated
150 ml Lemon juice (2 lemons)
15 g Lemon zest
5 g Fresh basil, chopped
3 g Salt
to taste Pepper

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together half of the olive oil, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper
