60 ml | Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
½ | Garlic clove, minced |
60 g | Lactose-free aged Parmigiano cheese, freshly grated |
150 ml | Lemon juice (2 lemons) |
15 g | Lemon zest |
5 g | Fresh basil, chopped |
3 g | Salt |
to taste | Pepper |

Method
Step 1
