40 ml | Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |
100 g | Onion, chopped |
1 or 2 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
550 g | San Marzano tomatoes |
2 slices | Lactose-free white bread, no crust, diced |
120 g | Lactose-free Parmigiano cheese, grated, divided |
300 g | Minced beef |
100 g | Lactose-free Italian sausage |
15 g | Parsley, chopped |
8/9 leaves | Basil, diced |
