320g (11,3 oz) Barilla® Spaghetti No. 5
200g Cod, diced
100 Halal canned tuna oil, drained and flaked
100 ml Halal Alcohol-Free White Wine
200g Tomato Pulp
150g Tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips
40ml extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
20g Parsley, chopped
1 Bunch Basil
to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Sauté the garlic in the oil.Add the cod and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes strips, then the non-alcoholic wine and let it evaporate. Add the toamto pulp and stir well for 2 minutes.Add the tuna and let the sauce cook for 5 minutes. Stir it once. Remove the garlic, season with salt and pepper and add parsley, basil. The sauce should retain some of its liquidity.

Step 2

Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water according to package directions.
