150g Smoked tofu (or Almond based)
100g onion, peeled and thinly sliced
400 gr chopped tomato (1 can)
10 g nutritional yeast
50ml extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Crushed red chili pepper
to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Begin by cutting the smoked tofu into slices and then into rectangles. Add it to a pan over medium heat and gently roast it until lightly browned.
