Ingredients
Serves 4
1 box | of Barilla No. 5 Spaghetti Pasta 500g |
4 cloves | of garlic, sliced thickly |
50ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
200g | Raw tiger prawns |
1 tbsp. | TABASCO® Pepper Sauce (2for extra spicy) |
2 tablespoons | flatleaf parsley, roughly chopped (reserve some parsley stalks beforehand) |

Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions, less 2 minutes as we are going to cook further, reserving some cooking liquid.
Step 2
Meanwhile heat the oil in a large shallow pan or skillet and add the garlic and some parsley stalks to infuse the oil without colouring the garlic.
Step 3
Add 200g Raw tiger prawns
Step 4
Remove the parsley stalks then add the pasta, Tabasco® Sauce and 250ml of cooking water.
Step 5
Cook over high heat stirring continuously until most of the liquid is absorbed
Step 6
If needed, add more of the pasta water until the pasta is at the desired texture.
Step 7
Garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
