200 g Vegan salmon
40 g Vegan butter
½ glass Vegan whisky / brandy
½ Lemon juice
2-3 tbsp Plant-based cream
To taste Chives
To taste Salt, pepper

Method

Step 1

In a pan, melt the vegan butter, then add the vegan salmon pieces and mix together. Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice, let it evaporate, then add the vegetable cream, whisky, salt, and pepper. Cook for five minutes.
