Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to the boil.

Step 2

Once the water is boiling, add salt (approx. 7 grams per liter) and cook the Spaghetti for the time indicated on pack.

Step 3

Before draining, remember to set aside a ladleful of pasta cooking water to better toss and stir the preparation, if needed.

Step 4

At the same time, heat the Bolognese, sauce in a pan or by MW.

Step 5

Drain the Spaghetti al dente, toss with the Bolognese sauce and serve sparkling raped Parmigiano Reggiano on top.
