1 box | Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti |
4 tablespoons | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 garlic clove | |
1 pint | cherry tomatoes, halved |
6 | basil leaves, torn |
1/2 cup | shredded Parmigiano cheese |
To taste | Salt and black pepper, to taste |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté garlic with 2 TBS olive oil for 1 minute over high heat.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, allowing them to blister (about 2 minutes)
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Then, remove garlic clove from mixture
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with tomatoes
Step 6
Stir in torn basil, & remaining 2 TBS of olive oil
Step 7
Top with cheese, then serve
