20 ml | E.V.O , divided |
150g (1,5) | medium size zucchini, 1 cm diced |
650 g | multicolor cherry tomatoes |
2 slices ½ cm thick | lemon |
150 g | Halal feta cheese, whole |
10 gr | toasted white sesame seeds |
5 gr | Za'atar |
10 leaves | basil, torn |
to taste | Salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1

Preheat oven to 200° C and bring a pot of salted water to boil.

Place zucchini, tomatoes, lemon and Za'atar in a baking dish and toss, season with salt, pepper and half E.V.O, place Halal feta right in the center. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. One minute before pasta is fully cooked add half cup of cooking liquid to the feta veggies mixture, and with the help of a spoon smash the cheese and stir.
