300 grams of spaghetti broccoli and anchovies
50 grams of ricotta cheese
40 grams provolone or other stringy cheese
To taste oil to taste
To taste salt to taste
To taste black pepper to taste
2 eggs
To taste breadcrumbs to taste

Method

Step 1

Mix the ricotta cheese with the spaghetti;

Step 2

Take a handful and place a cube of cheese in the center;

Step 3

Close the spaghetti to form meatballs by pressing them with your hands;

Step 4

Dip the meatballs first in egg and then in bread crumbs;

Step 5

In a ventilated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
