| 5 | Spaghetti n°Barilla |
| 1 | egg |
| 50g | of provola cheese |
| 3 tbsp. | of Pecorino Romano / Grana Padano |

Method
Step 1
Mix the leftover spaghetti with the egg.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
Step 3
Divide the mixture inside Muffin molds, sprinkled with oil and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
When finished, enrich the surface with more cheese.
Step 5
Bake in a static oven at 190, for about 20 minutes.
