| 100 | grams of tomato puree |

Method
Step 1
In a frying pan add a drizzle of oil and sauté two cloves of garlic and some chili pepper.
Step 2
Add the tomato puree, heat, and then add the leftover spaghetti while keeping the flame high.
Step 3
Keep stirring until the tomato puree is absorbed.
Step 4
Blanch a few basil leaves in boiling water, then remove from water and let stand in a container with cold water and ice.
