Ingredients

Serves 4

300 grams of Barilla No. 5 spaghetti with tomato sauce (from the day before)
20 grams of grated cheese
1 egg
a drizzle of olive oil
100 grams of stracchino cheese
150 grams of zucchini
6-7 large basil leaves
To taste salt to taste
To taste pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

First separate the tomatoes from the spaghetti and keep them aside.

Step 2

Mix spaghetti, grated cheese, beaten egg and a drizzle of oil in a bowl.

Step 3

Take a muffin mold, lightly oil the surface and cover it with breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Take the spaghetti noodles and arrange them in the mold in the shape of a nest, making sure to leave some empty space in the middle.

Step 5

In a ventilated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Meanwhile, saute some diced zucchini in a pan with a little oil, salt and a few drops of water (to prevent the zucchini from sticking to the pan).

Step 7

Blend stracchino cheese, zucchini, a few basil leaves, salt and pepper.

Step 8

Fill the spaghetti baskets with the stracchino and zucchini cream and serve with the cherry tomatoes you had set aside.
