160g Barilla® Spaghetti
100g Pecorino Romano cheese
10g Walnut
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
For taste Blackpepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil; season with salt. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine olive oil and black pepper; add 250ml cooking water.

Step 3

Drain pasta and toss in the bowl and add in Pecorino Romano.

Step 4

Sprinkle with aromatic herbs if desired and serve.
