Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the cooking water to enhance the pasta’s flavor.

Avoid adding oil to the water as it prevents sauce from clinging to the pasta.

Tip: Stir 1/2 cup of pasta water into your sauce for optimal results.

COOKING YOUR PASTA

Boil 4-6 quarts of salted water.

Add pasta and boil for 7-9 min, to desired tenderness.

Drain well and enjoy warm.
